I feel embarrassed in regards to my actions earlier and I would like to sincerely apologise to whoever it was I spoke to over the phone. This dealership is extremely helpful and professional please unlike myself do not mistake this company for the cow boys over at carzona. I bought a car from carzona it lasted 15 miles it broke down I had my family in the vehicle too. I quickly google searched carzona and called without checking the company, I was extremely frustrated and got abusive to the chap on the other end of the phone, I felt terribly embarrassed once I learnt I've called the wrong dealer. The staff member explained they get a lot of calls and complaints about the mentioned company because of this confusion. I explained everything of what had happened and I literally broke down on the A47 single carriage way with my kids in the car. The guy offered to collect me and my kids so we were safe. Luckily I had AA membership and forward travel so the car was sent back to the dealer it had a failed headgasket only god knows if we'll ever get a refund! On behalf of me and my family we'd like to say a massive thank you to you guys at carzone for your lovely gesture.
